Key staff
Managing Director Ian Rankine has 25 years of experience in the supply of emergency relief worldwide. Ian established Lifeline WRS Ltd in the early 1990s after 10 years working with Lifeline RDSI Ltd. His own experience of the relief supply business and understanding of areas where vital improvements in effective and value-led supply could be made, led to the creation of Vital Aid in 1999. Vital Aid quickly established itself, incorporating its own on-site warehousing and container-loading facilities.
Purchasing Manager Tanya Knowlton has worked in the field for over 10 years. Her extensive knowledge and contacts within the relief supply industry provides the backbone to Vital Aid’s logistical arm – the cost-effective procurement and trouble-free delivery of emergency supplies.
